- After you choose a slot, you’ll instantly receive a confirmation email with the private call link

About your Host
Hi, I’m Harish.
I’m not a therapist. I’m not here to fix you. I’m just someone who’s deeply trained in active listening and genuinely cares about holding space for people who need to be heard.
For the past 3+ years, I’ve worked with NGOs and nonprofit organizations, having thousands of honest, unfiltered conversations with people from all walks of life. Women navigating heartbreak, people feeling invisible in their own homes, young adults carrying the weight of silence.
Through all of it, one thing stayed the same: how powerful it is when someone finally feels safe enough to speak freely.
I still remember a woman I spoke with early on, she was going through a painful breakup, feeling completely alone, and she kept saying, “I’m sorry I’m talking so much.”
At the end of the call, she said, “This is the first time in months I felt like I wasn’t a burden.”
That stayed with me.
That’s when I realized… this isn’t just about talking. It’s about not carrying things alone anymore.
I started offering these sessions because so many people walk around with heavy feelings and no safe place to put them. Friends mean well, but sometimes they interrupt, give advice, or rush us to move on.
Sometimes, what we need most isn’t advice.
It’s someone who actually listens. With care. With patience. Without jumping in. That’s what this session is about.
No fixing. No judging. No pretending.
